If your child is three to fifteen months old, she is ready to start the process of learning the lifelong skills needed to become an independent sleeper. Here is the place to start that process. You will receive a clear, easy-to-follow plan that is completely customized and tailored to your family’s needs, as well as my full support throughout the journey.

1) STANDARD PACKAGE- Investment: $495.

This package includes:

  1. A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s current sleep habits and routines. Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our consultation time together.
  2. A private, 60-minute phone consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. I will EDUCATE you on why your baby is up all night, needing you to get him back to sleep
  3. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for your family. This plan will address your child’s individual needs and will provide you with clear, easy-to-follow steps to teach your child healthy sleep habits.
  4. Four follow-up 15-minute telephone calls during the first week following the consultation. We will use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.
  5. One week of email support. After your four follow-up telephone calls have been used, you still have an additional week of e-mail support. You will have one email per day and I’ll respond within one business day.
  6. Resource Guide. Upon completion of the plan and our two weeks together, I will give you a guide on topics including information on how to deal with illness, travel and dealing with Daylight Savings- everything you need to continue having great sleep once your child is sleeping through the night.

 

2) HALF-NIGHT PACKAGE-  Investment: $1250*.

*Additional travel fee applies for distance greater than 25 miles away

This package includes:

  1. A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s current sleep habits and routines. Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our consultation time together.
  2. A 60-minute pre-call consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. I will EDUCATE you on why your baby is up all night, needing you to get him back to sleep

  4. Private in-home support.  I will come to your home an hour before your child’s bedtime and stay for a total of 6 hours, showing you what do as you implement your sleep plan. I will show you how to do the bedtime routine for your child and how to get your child to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night.
  5. Bedroom Assessment.
  6. Four follow-up telephone calls during the first week following the consultation. These calls will last 15 minutes and we will use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.

  2. A 60-minute pre-call consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. I will EDUCATE you on why your baby is up all night.
  3. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for your family. This plan will address your child’s individual needs and will provide you with clear, easy-to-follow steps to teach your child healthy sleep habits.
