Newborn (including prenatal)

In this package we will cover the basics of teaching your baby healthy sleep habits now so you don’t have sleep challenges later! We’ll discuss appropriate expectations for your little one’s sleep as well as provide a simple plan and strategies to get your baby off on the right track.

Prenatal/Newborn

Infant (3-15 months)

If your child is three through fifteen months old, he/she is ready to start the process to learning the lifelong skills needed for independent sleep.  Here is the place to start that process!  Not only will you receive a fully customized plan to meet the sleep needs of your little one, but I will completely support you over a two week period as well as encourage you if you run into any difficult spots.

Toddler and School-Age (16 months and on)

If your child is 16 months and older and he/she is still have difficulties developing positive and independent sleep habits, this is the package for you.  Not only will you receive a fully customized training plan to meet the sleep needs of your toddler, but I will completely support you over a three week period as well as encourage you if you run into any difficult spots.
